They are attentive, caring, kind, respectful, and helpful. As I was moving my mother into the building, I overheard the trainer tell a training session, ‘When a resident asks you for anything, stopping to help them doesn’t take away from your job. It IS your job.’ That is why I know my mother will be happy at Pinehurst for a long time.”
