What types of residences do you offer?
We offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom assisted living residences, plus studio, one-bedroom and shared suite memory care residences.
What services are included in the assisted living and memory care monthly rate?
Our monthly fees include access to a variety of services and amenities including things like dining, bi-weekly housekeeping, local transportation and more.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed for residents of assisted living.
Do you offer transportation services?
Yes, we offer personal transportation in our private community vehicle, as well as group transportation to various events.
Is there parking for residents?
Yes, we have reserved parking available.
If my partner needs assisted living and I don’t, can we both move in together?
Yes, in fact we’ve helped many couples in this type of situation.
Are the residences furnished?
Because we find satisfaction is highest with familiar and sentimental items, our various floor plans do not come pre-furnished.
Do you have an on-site pharmacy?
We have a dedicated pharmacy partner, who conveniently delivers medication three times a day.
Do you accept Medicare?
We do not accept Medicare directly, however our Home Health and Hospice providers do, and both are able to offer their services to assisted living and memory care residents. The supplementation of such services may lower the care fees for certain resident care plans.
Do you accept Medicaid?
Due to the Utah New Choices Waiver, we do not accept Medicaid.
Can independent doctors visit the community?
Yes, independent physicians can come into the community to see patients. Through this process residents are able to avoid doctor’s lobby wait times, and often visiting doctors are able to bill most insurance companies.
