A Letter from Our CEO
I appreciate your exploring The Ridge Senior Living and hope you can find in our communities what you need for yourself or your loved ones. Our mission — and I’m honored to be a part of it — is to provide the best senior living experience in the world for residents and, by association, for their families, too.
Our culture is distinctive and unique. We always treat each other — residents, guests and families — with kindness and respect. This helps us create the holistic wellness culture that makes senior living community living so satisfying.
We take great care to recruit and maintain team members who show they’ve got their hearts in it. When you’re working in senior living, you need to demonstrate that you come from a place of love and respect and you’re able to treat residents with all the kindness they deserve. I believe our team is second to none.
As for our three communities, the buildings speak for themselves. They’re beautiful places to live, but I see much more beauty in the people inside. This is what makes The Ridge special, and it’s what I hope you’ll discover as you explore The Ridge Senior Living experience for yourself.
