Forge A Bright Career Path
Talented team members grow personally and professionally with senior living careers at The Ridge Senior Living. We help and support them, offering a rewarding program for job advancement.
CNA Class Tuition Reimbursement
Our communities host on-site clinical programs for local CNA schools. Class costs are a hurdle for many students, and our Tuition Reimbursement program helps you keep your education goals within reach. That’s why we reimburse tuition for team members who complete a course and receive their Certified Nursing Assistant certification.

Educational Assistance Program
We assist team members with tuition costs when you’re hoping to further your education.
- A clinical team member at The Ridge Pinehurst looking to become an RN
- An administration department team member at The Ridge Cottonwood who wants to take an Excel or Word class
- A community life team member who needs to take a class so they can teach residents to paint
- A team member at The Ridge Foothill who wants to learn a second language
Self-Promotion Career Ladder
We encourage team members to earn promotions on their own within our care departments. We’ve created lead level positions for Care Partner, Care Partner I (CNAs) and Care Partner II (Med Tech/QMAP). To become a lead, a team member must meet eligibility requirements — length of tenure, no disciplinary actions and completion of assigned on-line learning courses — plus, complete additional on-line learning courses for skills improvement. When the requirements are met, the team member informs the supervisor, and the promotion and wage increase are automatic. We don’t limit the number of lead positions within the care departments, giving eager team members more opportunities for self-promotions.

We Honor You
We’re an equal opportunity employer, guided by a simple principle: providing excellence in all things. That commitment to excellence means a competitive package of benefits designed to honor your dreams and help you continue your education.
