The Ridge Paying it Forward to Police and Salt Lake City Community

The Ridge Foothill and The Ridge Cottonwood kicked off the new year with a service project aimed at giving back to Salt Lake City police officers and children. A group of team members with The Ridge Senior Living stuffed and dressed huggable teddy bears that ended up in the hands of children in need.

“We’re proud to team up with The Ridge Senior Living to provide these teddy bears to children in need in the Salt Lake City area,” said Detective Robert Ungricht. “This community is one that stands and works together to help one another. We’re proud to serve here and call Salt Lake City home.”

The Ridge Senior Living donated bears during this event with local police officers. This is the first of many donations that will happen throughout year as part of The Ridge Senior Living’s commitment to community involvement and giving back to local community.
