THE RIDGE SENIOR LIVING FILLS TWO KEY LEADERSHIP POSITIONS

The Utah- and Colorado-based company fills positions at the community and corporate level.

Lakewood, CO – The Ridge Senior Living, a privately owned company with three senior living communities located in Colorado and Utah, welcomes two new members to their leadership team. Marti DiTaranto has joined the corporate team as the new vice president of sales and marketing. In her new position, DiTaranto will work with The Ridge Communities as a primary sales resource to generate move-ins and new leads, and ensure that the sales and marketing process is fully executed. She has worked in the senior living industry for more than a decade at both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Her expertise in sales management spans all service levels, including independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing. DiTaranto graduated from State College of Florida and is certified in Senior Living Sales Management by Florida State University.

“I’m excited to begin this new journey with The Ridge Communities,” said DiTaranto. “Through my years of senior living experience, I’ve been able to develop relationships with seniors across this beautiful state. It’s so rewarding to help them continue a vibrant lifestyle, which The Ridge Communities offer them.”

The Ridge Pinehurst, a new Lakewood area community that opened in September 2020, has announced Katrissa Gates as the executive director. With close to four decades of health care experience, Gates will oversee the day-to-day operations at the 18-acre campus that is home to more than 300 residents. She is a licensed registered nurse in multiple states, has her Colorado Nursing Home Administrator license, Assisted Living certification, Dementia Care certification, and is a Resident Assessment Coordinator–Certified.

“I’ve dedicated my entire career to positively impacting the lives of seniors, and I’m honored to join an organization that’s equally committed to this goal,” said Gates. “I’m looking forward to continuing to make a difference alongside the wonderful team at The Ridge Pinehurst.” Gates graduated from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, with a baccalaureate degree in nursing.
